During this visit to Ottawa, it is noted in the photo caption, many of the decorations from the May 1939 Royal Tour visit to Ottawa were still displayed.
The scan was made from a 2x4 inch print which was probably taken from a box camera negative. The foreground areas were virtually black in the print.
